  • Private Lessons

One-on-one coaching tailored to your individual needs. Our experienced coaches will help you improve all aspects of your game—serve, return, forehand, backhand, net play, and footwork. Private lessons are essential for beginners to develop solid technical fundamentals, and for serious players looking to elevate their performance. Good habits start here; bad habits are hard to break!

  • Group Lessons

Learn and have fun in a group setting! Join an existing group class or create your own group with friends, family, or colleagues. Group lessons focus on technique, tactics, and matchplay scenarios, making learning enjoyable and interactive.

  • Junior Team Training

Structured training designed to take your team to the next level. Sessions include singles and doubles tactics, match strategies, and patterns of play to exploit opponents’ weaknesses while enhancing your strengths. Some physical conditioning is also incorporated to boost performance.

  • Mini-Tennis (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow balls)

Our tennis coaches specialize in the Mini-Tennis program, ideal for children of all abilities. It’s not only for aspiring competitive players but for any child who wants to enjoy the game. We tailor sessions to each child’s level using the correct ball size and racket, helping them develop motor skills, confidence, and social interaction quickly and effectively.

  • High-Performance Junior Squads Training

For competitive juniors aiming for national and international rankings, our advanced programs provide a clear pathway from junior tennis to adult-level competitive play. Train alongside some of Singapore’s top junior players under the guidance of our elite tennis coaches.

  • Ladies Group Coaching

Our ladies’ group programs are available on weekdays at private courts or public venues. Sessions can incorporate cardio tennis for those who want a fun fitness element alongside skill development.

  • Ladies Team Training

We offer high-level training for WITS or LTS teams, focusing on tactical doubles play, high-intensity drills, and structured patterns of play. Sessions are typically 1.5 to 2 hours long and aim to maximize your team’s chances of promotion.

  • Men's Squad Training

Intensive training for singles and doubles players. Sessions include high-intensity drills and tactical coaching and can be combined with cardio elements for added fitness. Typical session duration is 1.5 to 2 hours.

  • Cardio Tennis

Suitable for all levels, this high-tempo one-hour session combines fitness and tennis for a fun, social, and energizing workout. Join existing groups or form your own group with friends.

  • Tennis-Specific Fitness Programs

Our fitness sessions are designed to enhance tennis performance, increase power and endurance, and prevent injuries caused by the high-impact nature of the sport. Weekly sessions can include Tennis HIIT for an intensive conditioning workout.

  • School Holiday Tennis Camps

Keep your kids active and engaged during school holidays with half-day tennis camps. Sessions include group coaching, fun games, and matchplay.

  • Sparring/Hitting Partner

Book one of our professional tennis coaches as a personal hitting partner. Finding a suitable practice partner can be challenging, but our ex-ATP and ITF tour-level coaches are ready to push players to their next level, perfect for high-performance juniors or advanced adult players seeking an intensive workout.
